This one day interactive dialogue allows a new manager to gain a jump start with their new team.
The morning is spent with only the facilitator and the team developing questions they want the leader to address. The facilitator then reviews the questions with the new manager. Following lunch, the new manager answers the anonymous questions with further dialogue from the team members.
